This website is run by Retail ABC Ltd (company number 08568864), Prosperfi, Colony, Flint Glass Works, 64 Jersey Street, Ancoats Urban Village, Manchester, M4 6JW. We are the controller of personal information collected through this website. For any privacy question or request, email cs@retailabc.co.uk.

• Enquiries: your name, company, email address, phone number and the details you give us about what you need.
• Clearance order requests: your contact details, company, delivery address and postcode, the items requested and any notes.
• Visit information: the page you arrived on, the pages you viewed, the website that referred you and any campaign tags in the link. We use this to understand which pages lead to enquiries.
• Form drafts: if you start an enquiry form, what you type is saved in your own browser so it is not lost. It is not sent to us until you submit the form.

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote or proposal — taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To process order requests and payments and keep business records — performance of a contract and legal obligations (for example accounting and tax records).
• To improve our website and understand which pages are useful — our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and business, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• our website hosting and database provider, which stores enquiries and orders;
• our email delivery provider, which sends enquiry notifications to our team;
• group companies or specialist partners, only where needed to deliver the service you asked about;
• professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires it.

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contract terms.

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless they lead to business with us. Order and transaction records are kept for six years to meet accounting and tax requirements. Visit information linked to no enquiry is kept for up to 24 months.

We do not use advertising cookies. The website uses your browser's local storage for a small number of essential functions: remembering your basket on the clearance stock page, saving part-completed forms, keeping a visit identifier so we can see which pages lead to enquiries, and remembering if you have dismissed a prompt. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for it to be transferred. To make a request, email cs@retailabc.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Information is sent over an encrypted connection and stored with access restricted to authorised Retail ABC staff.
